We're big fans of Kia vehicles around these parts, especially the Kia Optima, but we understand that some people might need some convincing to stray from the Big Three American automakers. There are plenty of reasons to buy a Kia, but here are top five.

4.Affordable prices. You’re getting a lot, sure, but Kia vehicles have proven to be some of the greatest automotive bargains available. 5.Theyre creating jobs in the United States. Kia recently opened their first North American manufacturing facility. Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia began production of the 2011 Sorento in November 2009, and started producing the 2012 Optima toward the end of 2011. When this plant reaches its production peak, it will be making 300,000 Kia vehicles each year.
